The Challenge
Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS) is one of the UK’s leading business schools, attracting students and partners from around the world. Their digital presence, however, wasn’t reflecting this reputation. The site was outdated, fragmented and failed to highlight AMBS’s global impact.
The challenge was to create a platform that demonstrated AMBS’s academic excellence, international relevance and industry connections.
Our Approach
We developed a new website structure that placed programmes, research and partnerships at the forefront. Navigation was streamlined to guide prospective students through courses, executive education and application pathways.
The design combined professional credibility with global appeal, using bold visuals, video and case studies to demonstrate impact. Behind the scenes, a flexible CMS allowed the AMBS team to manage complex content across departments.

Impact
The refreshed site improved user engagement, with international traffic rising by 25% in the first six months. Applications to postgraduate courses increased by 12%, while corporate engagement through executive education enquiries also rose.
The project helped reinforce AMBS’s reputation as a globally connected business school.
